Excellent stay at the hotel. We stayed here with my family for 3 days during our Kashmir✈️trip. Rooms are well maintained,neat and clean. All the members of staff are very friendly. Food and service is excellent. At the restaurant waiters are very courteous and offer excellent service. 🍽️Breakfast and dinner buffet was really good and the dishes kept changing. We’ll definitely recommend this place to whoever is visiting The best 3 Star hotel in Srinagar⭐⭐⭐
We stayed at Shelter Heritage for 4 days and the experience was really good. We were three couples and our holiday experience was made seamless by shelter heritage team, right from our arrival in Srinagar to our departure from Srinagar they took care everything. They guided us at very point for better experience and in budget. The rooms are clean and heated. The food was good and the best part is the staff and their hospitality. The driver allotted to us was one of the nicest person we have ever met. Really recommend this hotel for stay in Srinagar.

Azar bhai especially is to helpful and kind hearted person, Food and service is excellent, even our flight- was early morning they prepared breakfast and gave us packed for us took care of it till last that was too sweet of them, thanku so much

This is a lovely place. The rooms are exactly as shown, infact even better and the hospitality is out of the box. We stayed here for 5 days without any trouble or inconvenience. They take special care of everything and the staff is way too sweet. All your requests are fulfilled within 5 10 mins and they do not refuse for any help. I would 100% recommend to stay here. Their houseboats are magical. Definitely consider this if you plan on visiting Kashmir.
